Hard living, covered in tattoos and scars, willing to work all night to
create a thing of beauty only to have it destroyed moments later, chefs
are our kind of people. When Chrome first started working on their knife roll they called up Chris Cosentino. A cyclist and chef (and our neighbor in
San Francisco), Chris worked with us to hone every detail, from pockets
to pen-slots, of this knife roll. Built from the same elements that make
our bags tough enough to stand anything that life (even in the kitchen)
can throw at them, this is the chef's knife roll done right by the
